I specialize in kitchen table conversations; I spend time with potential clients to listen to their needs and wants, as well as time or financial considerations.  Sometimes, at the end of the conversation, we discover this is not the right time or the right decision in the client’s best interests. Buying or selling real estate should be a transition, not just a transaction.  I have been known to help pack, paint and prepare a home for listing as well as spread mulch, water a new lawn and assist the client through the negotiation process of both price and terms.  My clients may include: a first-time home buyer, an individual or family looking to upsize or downsize, a client going through a professional or personal transition, or an empty nester.

I have earned the following designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative)  , SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist).
